Artist's Statement
My art practices are inspired by and reflect the nature and beauty of the Bundjalung National Park at Iluka N.S.W, Australia. The beaches, rainforest and wildlife are the subjects of my paintings. I grew up in Iluka. I grew up in paradise, and I have grown passionate about the Iluka landscape. As an artist I paint the environment, not only to illustrate its beauty, but to encourage the awareness and appreciation of a unique, fragile and sacred place.
